Thought some of you would be interested in this.

Picture this: a dentist, insurance agent, lawyer, realtor, or other professional after the first meeting

with a new client clicks a 4-card set campaign in their SOC back office. The next morning the first card is mailed saying 'thank you'. The second -a birthday card is mailed so many days before the birth date and the third goes out before the clients wedding anniversary (or before a six month checkup for a dentist)as the system 'reads' these dates and mails out the appropriate card timely. Card four is a holiday card set to go also at a preset date. That can be done with one person or a thousand with one click! All cards can be pre-set with your personal touch, pictures, logo, actual hand-writing, and signature.



In one example a Mercedes salesperson takes a picture of a prospective customer next to an automobile. Person leaves, the picture is uploaded into a thank you card, click and the card is mailed out the next day. This is applicable for a real estate agent trying to list a home or an upscale beauty spa sending a picture of a customer that just had a just finished 'do'.

Today-the key is personal relationship marketing and the objective is to have customer retention and referrals. You want an advantage over your competitor-then 'touch' them as if you remember them--they will remember you! There is no more powerful way to keep a business relationship continuing than showing gratitude--show in your own written word--you care!


In the book "How to Master the Art of Selling" Tom Hopkins writes about 'Developing the thank you note habit'. Tom uses SOC today. Keller-Williams/Nationwide Insurance/Tony Robbins organization utilizes SOC. Ivan Meisner,(founder of BNI-the largest business network organization in the world) states " SOC in the best vehicle to retain clients in our 'era of relationship marketing'! Tony Robbins, Jack Canfield (Chicken Soup for the soul books) are a few that uses SOC. In a recent Atlantic (financial) magazine Tony Rubleski ('The Mind Capture')was quoted There are several companies he named that are actually growing in revenue through what he calls 'disruptive innovation'- SW airlines/Disney/Google/QVC/Ebay/Amazon/FedEx/ and SendOutCards. He noted that Netflix is growing whereby Blockbuster is on the financial ropes.

The only two competitors of SOC,Hallmark & American Greeting are losing revenue. SOC has doubled in income since its start in 2003 ( $875,000-04)(2.8 M-05)(10.5M-06)(24M-07)(41M-08)(48m as of 6-13-09). Projected gross-Sept 2012--1.1 billion. The common thread of SOC and Netflix-it is not the cards or the videos--it is the method of delivery (distribution)!



Having been an attorney for 20 plus years, I have taken this to many clients in all professions and

any professional knows the best relationship binder is gratitude-and there is not a better impact than to have your own handwriting state the message!
